Description
We have an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager! Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and helping people, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have a position for you! This opening is based out of the Fruitvale area in Oakland, CA for a property management company.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Experience in commercial property management OR affordable housing is preferred.
Previous experience in the leasing event space and with community centers.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with Yardi is a plus.
Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish ideally
Experience working in commercial property management is preferred.
Tech savvy - knowing how to input data into Excel and search for items as well.
Good communication skills
