Robert Half International Bilingual HR Assistant in Oakland, California


Our client is seeking an HR Assistant with 1-2 years of HR Assistant experience to support a busy team with administrative tasks.

This role requires Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and ability to manage data in addition to bilingual fluency in Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude.


Must have requirements:

  • 1-2 years of HR Admin or HR Assistant experience

  • Excel skills, pivot tables and formulas

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin
