Description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will drive the business forward by developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales, profitability, and expand market share. The ideal candidate is a trident professional who knows how to move seamlessly between sales, marketing, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify key business opportunities in various market segments.

  • Establish and manage long-term relationship with customers to foster loyalty and retain client base.

  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.

  • Address operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Review and assess potential partnerships and alliances to increase market reach.

  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.

  • Develop and implement detailed business plans to manage and grow the existing customer base.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and advocate for the business.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the same industry.

  • Proven track record of developing new business and increasing sales.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM software and databases.

  • Innovation, tactical, strategic, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to travel as required.
