We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Consultant to play a pivotal role in our Pharmacy Care Reimagined strategy for the years 2024-2025. As part of our dedicated marketing team, the Marketing Consultant will have the opportunity to shape compelling content and strategies that drive sales, foster growth, and enhance member retention. This position is hybrid, based out of Oakland or Woodland Hills, CA, and has potential to become fully remote. Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Lead the development of tailored content for prospective members and various marketing audiences. This includes synthesizing feedback from stakeholders, including legal, and effectively communicating this information to the broader team.

  • Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceive, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with the Pharmacy Care Reimagined initiative. Attend Pharmacy Reimagined meetings representing Acquisition and Retention Marketing.

  • Project Management: Take charge of project deliverables, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and agencies/vendors. Ensure alignment with marketing strategy and plans to meet business objectives and goals. Track campaign progress across the team to ensure timely execution.

  • Presentation Development: Create presentations and materials, including PowerPoint decks, to support business and campaign objectives. Ensure materials are engaging, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • Proven experience in content development and executing marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required.
