Robert Half Project Coordinator -Clinical Trainer in Oakland, California

Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the healthcare industry located in Oakland, California. This role will require you to act as a point of contact for collaborative efforts, develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, and monitor educational trends and initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical experiences that meet the educational requirements for students and managing social media for the program.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities and events including enrollment and award ceremonies, internal and external audits

• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, providing advice and support to students and staff

• Monitor educational trends and initiatives

• Act as point-of-contact and initiator for collaborative efforts involving the Health Scholars Program

• Convene and participate in regular planning meetings with academic or vocational staff that focus on the ongoing development of the scope and sequence of the Health Scholars Program and the development of academic partnership activities

• Collaborate with leaders and Academic brokers to provide students with a supportive educational environment conducive to meeting course requirements

• Develop and foster relationships with the community, academic stakeholders, and other entities

• Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity

• Compile reports about incidents, events, or updates about relevant and key issues for the program

• Manage and monitor social media for the Health Scholars Program

• Track requests for clinical rotations with clinical affiliates

• Collect required clinical documents and maintain student clinical files

• Coordinate schedules and student rosters for clinical groups

• Visit clinical agency partners to coordinate scheduling and student documentation requirements.

Requirements • Must have proven experience in project management

• Proficiency in project documentation and scheduling is essential

• Knowledge of workstation support and external audit procedures is required

• Experience with social media platforms and tools is necessary

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders

• Familiarity with clinical trial operations and monitoring tools is desirable

• Graphic design skills, particularly in creating infographics, are needed

• Experience in coordinating with partners and planning events is a plus

• Familiarity with conducting background checks and coordinating entity formation is necessary

• Ability to perform site visits and maintain relationships with partners or stakeholders is required

• Experience in healthcare administration or allied health is advantageous

• Prior experience working with educational institutions is a plus

• Proficiency in image editing tools and software is desirable

• Experience in planning meetings, award ceremonies, and non-clinical events is required

• Must hold any licenses required for the role.
