Robert Half is actively seeking a Receptionist for a fast-paced company located right here in Oakland! The successful candidate will answer and direct phone calls, maintain office equipment and supplies, complete daily clerical duties, and provide administrative assistance to the staff.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls as they come in
Greet visitors on site
Fax/copy/e-mail information for on-site staff
Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed to support staff
Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed
Other duties as assigned
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills
Attentive to details
