Description 200 employee non-profit is looking for an exceptional interim Vice President of Human Resources to develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies in line with our company’s mission. You will oversee the functions of our HR department and work with the upper management on developing an optimal staffing plan.
Working as a VP of HR at , you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are compliant with essential employee-related legislations. You will help us establish a diverse work environment by managing employee relations. Your job will be to hire and guide other HR executives and ensure the effectiveness of all HR operations.

Collaborate with the upper management on creating and incorporating the company’s mission and strategy
Create and establish HR policies and strategies related to training, benefits, recruitment, etc.
Hire HR executives and assess their performance
Create a diverse work environment focused on employee productivity and wellbeing
Ensure that the company’s procedures comply with applicable regulations
Manage personnel contracts
Oversee organizational changes to boost employee satisfaction and engagement
Generate reports and discuss them with the CEO
Vice President of Human Resources Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or another relevant field
Previous experience working as a Vice President of Human Resources or another senior HR role
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and functions
Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of data analytics
Extensive understanding of labor laws
