Description
If you are a recent college graduate and are currently seeking an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Clerk position, we encourage you to apply! We are searching for someone with strong computer skills and a passion for learning!
Responsibilities:
Assist in processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Learn to generate invoices and distribute them to clients in a timely manner.
Assist with reconciling accounts receivable ledger and following up on outstanding balances.
Provide support in implementing collection strategies to recover overdue invoices.
Assist in investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or disputes.
Learn to evaluate credit worthiness of clients and monitor credit limits.
Assist in preparing and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Recent college graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive company culture.
