Description
Robert Half client in Oceanside is looking for an Assistant Community Manager!
Looking for someone who is a pro at maximizing the long-term performance of the property while embracing fair housing standards and local affordable programs for seniors.
These are the qualifications we are looking for:
Prior experience as an Assistant Community Manager of a community with at least 150+ units
An engaging leasing professional with a proven track record for closing
Manage payables and receivables; prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain resident records and files, including deposits, rent increases, late payments, collections, evictions, and tenant move-ins and move-outs
Work independently with the occasional problem-solving opportunity
Provide superior customer service to current and future residents.
Extensive experience in Yardi, CRM, Outlook, Word and Excel
Be able to flex your schedule to work on Saturdays and assist at our sister communities when needed.
