Responsibilities:
Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Complying with data integrity and security policies.
Maintaining a filing system for important documents.
Assisting the team with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
No prior experience is required; however, strong computer and typing skills are necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
