Description
We are urgently hiring a highly dedicated and motivated Financial Analyst for an immediate temp-to-hire role in our client's rapidly growing company in North County, San Diego. The ideal candidate will provide accurate and data-based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity.
Responsibilities:
Gather and organize financial data, and then use it to forecast future trends.
Analyze current financial status by collecting and analyzing reports and budgets.
Identify trends, advise the company on financial decisions.
Develop financial models to support decision making.
Monitor and interpret cash flows, predicting future trends, and recommending necessary actions.
Assist in the budget preparation and management activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst.
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
Strong knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data.
