Description
Robert Half is partnering up with a well-respected company in Oceanside, CA and the organization is currently seeking a seasoned and resourceful HR Generalist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle a variety of HR tasks, from employee relations to talent management, while leveraging HRIS systems for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted HR resource, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
HRIS and Data: Maintain and utilize HRIS platforms to monitor employee records, analyze workforce metrics, and prepare reports.
Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs to advance employee skills and support career development.
Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with state and federal laws, communicating updates to the team as needed.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Experience in a specialized industry such as education, finance, or healthcare is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle) and experience managing HR databases.
Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
