Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Ocoee, Florida

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, located in Ocoee, Florida. This role involves interacting directly with customers on unique projects and requires extensive product training, basic engineering-thinking competency, and excellent organization. It is a dynamic role that offers unique challenges daily requiring complex thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers and provide assistance and information on product features.

• Interpret customer requirements, identify engineering challenges and act as a liaison between the customer and engineering team.

• Proactively manage customer projects to facilitate sales.

• Balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.

• Answering inbound calls and responding to email correspondence in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate customer records and schedule appointments as needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks.

• Contribute to a high volume call center environment by providing excellent customer service.

• Participate in product training to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Tackle complex daily challenges requiring detailed organization and critical thinking. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a high volume call center environment

• Experience with call center customer service, including inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively

• Proficient in data entry tasks and order entry processes

• Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage customer bookings efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and document creation

• Experience in a manufacturing industry setting would be an advantage

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
