Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry located in Odessa, Texas. This role requires a highly organized individual who will be tasked with processing and reconciling tickets, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
• Processing and reconciling tickets, ensuring all data is entered correctly
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Employing strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Exhibiting a keen attention to detail in all tasks
• Demonstrating proficiency in 10 Key Skills and Microsoft Excel
• Thinking creatively and strategically to improve processes and operations. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key skills is necessary for accurate data input.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry is required, ensuring efficient management of information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry is desirable for understanding and interpreting sector-specific data.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues related to data entry or data analysis.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
