Payroll Clerk needed in Odessa, Texas. This is a temporary to full-time position that will report directly to the CFO.
As the Payroll Clerk you will be responsible for: - Data Entry of timesheets - Reconciling timesheet to payroll log - Ensuring payroll is accurate - Researching payroll discrepancies - Special projects as assigned
Payroll Clerks with at least 1+year payroll experience are encouraged to apply as well as candidates that have prior experience with ADP. Solid Microsoft Excel is also required as this role is very spreadsheet driven.
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proven ability to quickly learn new systems
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Payroll software experience suggested
Outstanding data entry skills
Strong communication and social skills
Previous payroll experience
Data entry experience preferred
Strong familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
