This organization is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. As the Accounts Payable Analyst, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.
Key responsibilities
Accomplish full-cycle A/P
Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed when necessary
Help manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Help with internal and external audits as required
Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
Requirements
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
Highly organized and self-motivated
Prior or current experience in an A/P role
