We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry specialist to join our team in OKC, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be focusing on researching, interpreting, and maintaining data associated with commercial properties. This job function involves fostering relationships with municipal contacts and managing a database of information relevant to our client needs. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Please note this role is 100% onsite in OKC, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review data related to commercial properties.

• Utilize online resources to locate commercial properties and associated municipal jurisdictions.

• Adhere to management advised processes to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Manage and preserve relevant documents.

• Determine, complete, and submit necessary requests according to municipal and department processes.

• Monitor the progress of requests to ensure timely processing.

• Maintain accurate, updated information in the database.

• Ensure all data is accurate and make updates accordingly.

• Conduct thorough research using online resources to obtain necessary documents and information.

• Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors.

• Manage email workload effectively and efficiently.

• Contribute to managing team workload as needed.

• Receive feedback and training to continuously improve performance.As a Customer Service Representative, you will focus on researching, interpreting, and maintaining data, documents, and municipal processes involved with obtaining relevant information for commercial properties. You will be a detail-oriented professional who excels at building positive relationships with municipal contacts and meeting client needs. Your role will involve closely monitoring timelines, proactively following up on document requests or updates, and ensuring accurate information is maintained in our database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review commercial property data.

  • Use online resources to locate commercial property details, associated municipal jurisdictions, and relevant information.

  • Follow established processes to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Manage and preserve essential documents related to commercial properties.

  • Determine and submit necessary requests to municipal contacts according to company procedures.

  • Monitor document requests to ensure timely processing and follow-ups.

  • Accurately enter information and notes into the database.

  • Maintain up-to-date, precise data in the database.

  • Conduct thorough research to obtain necessary documents and information.

  • Ensure all site cost transactions are recorded accurately.

  • Coordinate FedEx mailings as required.

  • Manage email workload effectively.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, supervisors, and colleagues.

  • Meet production and performance targets consistently.

  • Communicate professionally at all times.

  • Collaborate with team members to manage workload effectively.

  • Receive and implement feedback and training to improve performance.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

    Requirements

• Proficiency in computer research and data gathering

• Experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to accurately enter and manage data in various software platforms

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
