Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist in OKC, Oklahoma. The role primarily involves researching, interpreting, and maintaining data and documents related to commercial properties. You will be integral in fostering positive relationships with municipal contacts and ensuring our database is up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review commercial property data using computer research skills.
• Utilize online resources to identify commercial property details and associated municipal jurisdictions.
• Follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently.
• Manage, preserve, and submit necessary document requests according to municipal and department processes.
• Monitor request timelines to ensure timely processing.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the database.
• Conduct thorough research of online resources to obtain documents and information.
• Manage email workload effectively and foster positive relationships with municipal contacts and team members.
• Contribute to team workload management as needed and receive feedback and training to improve performance.
• Ensure accuracy of all data and update accordingly. Requirements • Proficient in computer research, demonstrating ability to efficiently source and analyze data
• Experience in a call center customer service role, showcasing strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing high-quality support and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Proven ability in data gathering, ensuring accurate and timely collection of information for data entry tasks
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when inputting data into databases or spreadsheets
• Comfortable working with various software and data entry tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to colleagues and customers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and schedules
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
