Robert Half Director/Manager Financial Reporting in Okc, Oklahoma
Description We are seeking a Director/Manager Financial Reporting to join our team in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry based in OKC, Oklahoma. This role focuses on the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports in accordance with established timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and other internal control standards.
• Conduct control testing to assess the effectiveness of financial systems and processes.
• Manage the process of SEC filings and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee the use of accounting software systems, such as BlackLine, EPS, ERP - Enterprise, and ADP - Financial Services for financial reporting and consolidation.
• Direct the financial consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Utilize NetSuite for various financial operations and reporting.
• Hold a CPA certification and use it to guide the financial reporting process and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Requirements • Exceptional knowledge and experience in Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
• Familiarity with SEC filings and related procedures
• Ability to implement and maintain Internal Control systems
• Demonstrable experience in Control Testing
• Expertise in Financial Consolidation processes
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation is required
• Proficiency in using financial software, specifically NetSuite
