Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in OKC, Oklahoma. This role is set in the commercial property industry and requires the candidate to manage, preserve, and analyze property data. Utilization of various software tools to accomplish tasks in a timely manner is expected. The ideal candidate will manage, preserve, and analyze property data efficiently using various software tools, with a strong emphasis on data entry tasks. Additionally, this role involves handling phone communications and managing email correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review commercial property data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Utilize online resources for locating commercial property, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information.

• Follow management-advised processes for task completion.

• Manage and preserve documents, maintaining an organized system for easy access and reference.

• Determine, complete, and submit necessary requests according to municipal and department processes.

• Monitor requests to ensure timely processing, maintaining accurate and updated information in the database.

• Conduct in-depth research of online resources to obtain documents and information.

• Coordinate mailings and manage email workload effectively.

• Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat, and other software tools for data entry, correspondence, report writing, and creation of charts and graphs.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with "About Time" software.

• Ability to create charts and graphs.

• Experience in writing professional correspondence.

• Capability to work with C-Suite level executives.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks.

• Experience in report writing.

• Knowledge of Structured Query Report Writer.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
