Description
We are seeking a Report Writer to join our team in OKC, Oklahoma, United States. This role involves gathering and analyzing information, presenting it in a structured format, and creating reports. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity, and the role is common across various industries, including business, finance, healthcare, and government. Please note this role is 100% onsite in OKC, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering and analyzing information from various sources
• Presenting analyzed data in a structured format
• Creating detailed reports based on collected and analyzed data
• Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information included in the reports
• Utilizing skills in computer research and data entry to enhance the quality of reports
• Applying knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and report creation
• Ensuring all reports are created and delivered within set deadlines
• Updating and maintaining records of all reports created
• Responding to inquiries related to the reports and providing necessary information
• Continuously improving reporting processes for increased efficiency and accuracy
Requirements • Possess strong skills in Computer Research and Data Entry.
• Proficient in Computer Data Entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and presentation.
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as required by the role.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
