Description We have teamed up with a highly reputable manufacturing company in search for an experienced and dedicated Controller. This position is a hands-on role responsible for handling all aspects of financial functions, including generating financial statements, profit & loss reports, balance sheet reconciliations, weekly cash reports, and margin analysis. Strong experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of job costs, bill of materials, and inventory.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and control all company financial aspects with complete transparency and efficiency

Generate and manage financial statements, ensuring they are precise and accurate

Perform weekly cash reports and balance sheet reconciliations meticulously

Conduct margin analysis to predict business productivity and revenue

Monitor all operational costs, investments and returns, and keep track of budget and P& L

Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities

Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

Collaborate with department heads to strategize company's financial direction

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred; however, considerable weightage will be given to relevant experience

Prior experience working in a manufacturing company is preferred

In-depth knowledge of job cost, bill of material, and inventory management

Hands-on experience with Epicor software is a must

Strong financial and business awareness

Exceptional numerical proficiency

Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team setting

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions, including but not limited to, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Budget Processes.

• Familiarity with Epicor or similar financial management software is required.

• Must have experience with Annual Inventory management and reporting.

• Experience with Job Cost analysis and reporting is necessary.

• A professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
