Description
We have partnered with a leading healthcare facility to identify a Director of Accounting. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, implementing internal controls, and driving cost initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include budgeting/forecasting, process improvement and ad hoc reporting as needed. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, CPA certification, and previous audit experience. 5+years of related experience in financial management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required, with audit training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software, and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Duties will be performed on-site at the facility offices.
