This position is for a Financial Analyst with effective communication skills. We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team. Robert Half is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join a large Oklahoma headquartered organization. This role will require the candidate to complete financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. Your other duties will include advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. Propel monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions necessary
Survey performance to date and assess potential opportunities and risks
Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources r
Deliver valuable foresight and decision support by enabling effective Business Intelligence (BI)
Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to see the proper execution of plans
Compose and oversee forecasting reports
Possess the know-how and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information
Work with the Accounting team on monthly and quarterly financial close processes
Work alongside senior executives on strategic deep dives to create financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
Drive P& L forecasting and Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis

Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Background in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly valued (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
2+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience preferable)
Practical knowledge of general ledger
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel experience desired
Data Analytics experience
Adeptness in Data Analysis
Financial modeling experience preferred
General familiarity with budgeting
Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting
Proficiency in Develop Financial Models
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
