Description We are offering a role in the insurance industry, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is for an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist with a focus on data entry and billing tasks. The role is based on a contract with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• You will be handling customer insurance follow-ups, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.

• Accurate and efficient data entry will be a key part of your role, updating and maintaining customer records.

• You will be responsible for processing billing tasks, ensuring all payments and transactions are correctly recorded.

• Regular monitoring of customer insurance accounts will be expected, with the aim of identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

• You will take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments from customers, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

• Part of your role is to process customer credit applications, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

• You will also be resolving customer credit inquiries, providing clear and concise information in response to any questions or concerns.

• Regular reporting on account status and updates will be required, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.

• The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Requirements • Possess a solid understanding of the insurance industry and its best practices

• Proficient in Billing and Data Entry

• Demonstrable experience as an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist or a similar role in the insurance industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused approach

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data

• Must adhere to all legal and company regulations and guidelines

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the insurance industry.
