Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role involves providing technical assistance in an IT setting, working on-site, and playing a crucial role in our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the IT industry, including user support, problem-solving, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the management of user accounts using Microsoft Active Directory.
• Handling password resets and access requests for end-users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows operating systems.
• Supporting the setup and configuration of desktops and laptops.
• Installing and configuring printers on end-user workstations.
• Offering support for basic hardware components such as desktops and peripherals.
• Diagnosing and addressing printer-related issues, both hardware and software.
• Utilizing Fresh-Service for ticketing and customer support.
• Assisting with the installation and configuration of standard software applications.
• Providing essential technical assistance to end-users within our organization. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as Help Desk Analyst or IT Support Specialist.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Active Directory, including creating user accounts and managing access controls.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
• Previous experience providing deskside support to end users, including resolving technical issues and providing training.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with other IT professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service to end users.
