Organize and submit invoices to insurance organizations and patients
Take control of billing and reimbursement for set patient accounts
Assure quality and consistency of data by partnering with other operational teams Requirements - Experience using Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
Proven knowledge of Insurance Denials
Insurance claims experience preferred
Workers compensation experience
Experience with Claim Denials
Foundational knowledge in Patient Collections
Deep understanding of health insurance
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
Excellent data entry skills
Working knowledge of practice management software
