Robert Half Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Description Large retail organization with corporate office in Oklahoma City is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their payroll team. This role will supervise 2 Payroll Specialists and have oversight of all payroll operations. Ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll for large numbers of employees (300+). Strong understanding of ADP/Workforce now along with CPP certification is preferred. This individual will also be responsible for creating pay plans for employees and will work closely with department managers so communication skills are critical.

Strong understanding of compliance
Thorough when handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Leadership and organizational skills
2+ years of proven leadership experience as a payroll manager or similar role
CPP, CPM, or other related detail oriented certifications is a plus
5+ years of payroll experience
Skilled in a number of payroll applications
