A very well-established small but growing Construction company is adding a new role due to company growth. This is a hands-on Full Charge Bookkeeper role and is a part of the growing process of a small but financially strong company. The work has been getting done by onsite staff and the external CPA firm. With the recent and planned growth, the company is more than ready for a true hands-on Controller.
Core responsibilities include daily and monthly accounting, job costing, financial reporting for bonding, WIP analysis, AR, AP, Payroll (including certified), and budget preparation and analysis.
Minimum requirements include recent Construction Accounting, including WIP, Job Costing and AIA Billings, Certified Payroll and working with the external CPA firm.
Base salary range to $105,000 plus bonus.
