Location: FULLY REMOTE
Salary: up to $120K DOE
Robert Half is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST for a permanent, direct hire, full time position for our client company. Unfortunately client cannot provide any sponsorship. This is a UNIQUE AND EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY!

As a BUSINESS ANALYST you will collaborate with external customers and internal customers to capture precise and accurate user stories, that will be used by developers, quality assurance analysts and product owners. You will gather this through various methods that are appropriate to each external customer company size and preference. You will be empowered to make strategic decisions and implement best practice solutions and be recognized and rewarded for your results. It's a very rewarding and positive and refreshing environment!
Requirements :
3-5+ years Business Analyst experience gathering and documenting requirements and writing user stories, that are used by developers, QA and Product Owners in an agile environment.
Must have exceptional analytical, critical thinking, creative problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills to decompose product needs to user stories and be able to articulate those.
Nice to have: any prior B2B work experience, collaborating with external business partners and or prior software company and or SaaS experience.

Requirements - Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner
Experience with Agile methodology
Background working with a variety of simple to complex projects
Technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira (or similar tool), and ability to write basic to moderately complex SQL queries
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Proactive, flexible, adaptable, willing to take ownership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills
