Robert Half is seeking candidates for a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter role with a dynamic organization in the Omaha, NE. As the Human Resources Recruiter you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. If you are a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow, our client is looking for someone like you. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. How you will make an impact

  • Developing internal recommendations

  • Conducting various administrative duties

  • Employing digital recruiting resources

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Handling interviews


  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Administrative Assistance experience preferred

  • Proven knowledge of Recruiting Functions

  • Recruiting Activities experience highly desired

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

  • Well-founded grasp of recruiting personnel

  • Practical knowledge of Recruiting Strategies

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365

  • General familiarity with Recruiting Plans

  • In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
