About the Role:
As a Revenue Accountant, you'll play a vital role in managing accounts receivable, collections, revenue recognition, and ensuring GAAP compliance. Your expertise will directly contribute to the financial health of our client's organization. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and enhance the accuracy of financial reporting.
What You'll Do:
Dive into accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely payments and fostering positive customer relationships.
Apply your strong understanding of revenue recognition principles to align with GAAP standards.
Be the go-to expert for general ledger accounting and financial reconciliations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for process optimization.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and maintain financial accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in revenue-focused accounting roles.
Expertise in GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a huge plus.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
Solution-oriented approach and ability to handle multiple tasks.
