Robert Half Quality Assurance Analyst in Oneida, New York

Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance regulations? Robert Half Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client's team ONSITE in Oneida, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards while ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015 regulations.

Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work under the guidance of the Quality Control Manager to perform crucial quality assurance functions and support compliance efforts. You will play a vital role in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting quality assurance studies, maintaining a working environment that promotes quality, and assisting in regulatory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality assurance functions to ensure facility-wide coordination and adherence to the QA plan.

  • Keep the QA Manager informed about any new or revised QA regulations.

  • Assist various departments in coordinating audit information and recommend data-gathering mechanisms and procedures.

  • Foster a collaborative working environment with departments involved in quality-assurance studies and facilitate the flow of information to the appropriate teams.

  • Support the QA Manager in revising and reviewing the QA plan.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures for unusual occurrences and assist in monitoring such events, preparing action-taken reports.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a liaison between different teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001:2015 standards.

  • Knowledge of ISO, QMS, 5s, and Lean Management

  • Proven ability to lead internal and external audits

  • Must be able to work onsite
