Description
We are in search of a Customer Service Manager to join our team located in Opa Locka, Florida, 33054 and lead white glove service for international accounts. In this role, you will primarily oversee the management of customer service, logistics, inventory, and the use of ERP solutions within the organization. This role is within the manufacturing industry and offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the management of customer service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP solutions including tools such as 3M, Cargo Wise, and SAP.
• Regularly analyze sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve set objectives and targets.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Handle troubleshooting tasks to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Provide regular sales and logistics updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Bilingual skills would be beneficial in communicating with diverse team members and customers.

Requirements
• Must hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Supply Chain Manager or lead a Customer Service TEam
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in 3M, CRM and ERP Solutions
• Proficiency in using software like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP, and Cargowise
• Strong customer service skills and experience in dealing with both internal and external customers
• Excellent skills in logistics and manufacturing processes
• Experience in KPI reporting and ability to analyze and present complex data
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Familiarity with the principles of lean manufacturing or similar methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
