Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in the Critical Infrastructure industry, located in Orange, California.
Responsibilities:
• Execute internal procedures and systems to enhance operating efficiency and ensure system control
• Handle customer complaints, identify the problem's root cause, and find the most effective solution to resolve it, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Deliver excellent customer service levels consistently
• Identify opportunities to promote services and products to customer organizations
• Maintain customer retention through building rapport and providing customer satisfaction
• Follow up properly as and when necessary
• Dispatch all calls accurately, including emergency service calls, inspections, installations, customer service complaints, and third-party coordination of inspections or repairs
• Generate accurate monthly reports and metrics
• Ensure the accuracy of data before inputting it into the dispatch system, including verifying, correcting, or adding data as needed
• Audit work to avoid errors and duplicate information, and obtain any missing data before finalizing the product
• Exhibit strong decision-making skills and sound business judgment, with the ability to multi-task
• Display excellent communication skills and provide clear instructions to Technicians and customers
• Assist other team members as needed and perform other duties as required.
Requirements • Proficiency in dispatching operations, including coordinating and directing the movement of goods and vehicles.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in administrative assistance, including managing schedules, handling paperwork, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving ability and detail-oriented approach.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Higher education or relevant certifications will be considered a plus. TalentMatch®
