Robert Half Administrative and Customer Service is partnering with a client in Orange to find a highly efficient and assertive Office Assistant! In this role, you will take on a variety of administrative duties including answering phone calls, scheduling, and managing communications. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic professional that is ready to take on any given task at hand.
Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Act as first point of contact for all visitors and callers
Schedule and manage appointments for clients
Assist with faxing, emailing, and client account set-up
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist with data entry when needed
Take on additional duties and special projects as needed
High School diploma or G.E.D. AND one (1) year of office/clerical experience;
General office/clerical practices and procedures.
Office/clerical telephone etiquette.
File management and techniques.
Principles and procedures of record keeping.
