We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist for a long term assignment. This candidate will be responsible to greeting clients and visitors to our client's office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, and support for various staff. Receptionists are the hub of any Company and responsible for all incoming communications via phone, email text, coordinating with management and staff, just being whatever is needed to be done to support and make the Company?s front office run smoothly, and make the experience the best for clients and staff!

Key duties and responsibilities will include: Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, and assist them in finding their way around the office. Announce visitors to employees as necessary. Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Reads through and translate material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning. Maintain office supplies, snack and coffee inventory and make arrangements when needed. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Sorting and distributing packages. Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

2 years experience as a receptionist or in related field. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is Preferred. Solid customer service abilities. Strong attention to detail. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
