Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Strategy Manager to join our innovative, rapidly growing global company in the healthcare industry. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary link between our US business management and our headquarters in Europe, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of digital strategies within our organization.

As the Digital Strategy Manager, you will lead the charge in maintaining robust relationships with US management, facilitating clear communication channels, and ensuring our digital strategies are closely aligned with our organizational objectives. Additionally, you will oversee digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize our digital capabilities and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to identify opportunities for innovation and productivity enhancement, thereby driving our organization's digital evolution and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with US management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the US team and our headquarter in Europe, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of digital projects and teams, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of digital initiatives, leveraging technology to drive innovation and growth.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's digital strategy, aligning initiatives with market trends and business objectives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital projects, tracking key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the US digital team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital landscape, proactively recommending strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on the performance of digital operations, offering insights to drive informed decision-making.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information technology. Having an advanced degree such as an MBA or master's degree in information technology is a huge plus!

  • At least 7+ years of experience in digital strategy or transformation roles.

  • Good understanding of the US healthcare industry and digital trends within the industry is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving digital initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Experience in multinational organizations or with distributed teams is desirable.

  • Proficiency in digital technologies and tools.

  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, and blockchain, and how they are utilized in digital business.

  • Must have stellar communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior experience in leadership positions with strong team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
