The Creative Group is looking for a dynamic Account Coordinator for a role in Orange County. The Account Coordinator will be able to provide highest level of customer service to clients, both internal and external. Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system. The Account Coordinator will also constantly keep sales apprised of all key issues, updated and relevant data throughout campaign process, and work with clients to collect assets/tags to ensure a successful campaign launch. The Account Coordinator will also be in charge of professionally managing standard media campaigns, and running weekly or ad hoc reports for campaigns clients To apply, please send resumes to maria.spears@creativegroup.com The Account Coordinator will:

  • Respond to requests for information from clients, team members and other agency employees with accuracy and in a detail oriented and timely manner.

  • Coordinate new business for team/agency as appropriate by providing research information, preparation of materials and draft/format documents, and acting as a liaison between the design department and account team.

  • Proofread and edit documents; consolidate team edits; maintain records of supporting reference materials.

  • Act as liaison between account team and internal/external vendors and services, such as copy center, design, video production and promotions.

  • Create and maintain media lists; conduct media searches/inquiries.

  • Prepare monthly activity reports and conference/meeting status reports for circulation to team members.

  • Research and identify upcoming events that could pose challenges/opportunities for clients

Requirements: Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English or a related field preferred
