Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Oregon City, Oregon


Robert Half is seeking dynamic and vibrant Front Desk Coordinators to assist our clients in the Oregon City area! The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for answering multiline phones, transferring calls, greeting walk-in guests, scanning, filing, data entry into company database, and general clerical support. The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service and be a strong front office representative with a positive and cheerful demeanor, solid alphanumeric data entry skills, and be eager and willing to take on projects and administrative tasks as assigned. If you have Reception/Administrative experience, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, the ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment, then contact Robert Half to get more information about these opportunities!


  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or reception role

  • Excellent social skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

  • Careful attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
