Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Oregon City, Oregon


Do you love to be the “face of the company”? Robert Half is seeking stellar Front Desk Coordinators to assist our clients in the Oregon City area! The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for answering busy multiline phones, greeting walk-in guests, and providing administrative support for different departments. The Front Desk Coordinator will also be responsible for report maintenance, creating templates and customized correspondence, data entry into the company database, taking charge of numerous projects in Word and Excel, and other duties as assigned. The Front Desk Coordinator will have excellent customer service skills, strong intuition, and the desire to jump-in where needed. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator will have advanced software skills, strong administrative support experience, excellent prioritization and organizational skills, a genuine sense of humor, and the ability to communicate both verbally and in written form.


  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite

  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role

  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and reports

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to perform filing and recordkeeping tasks

  • Data entry and word processing skills

  • Well-organized
