A growing organization in the Madison area is seeking a customer service oriented and highly organized Recruiter/HR Generalist to join their team! Daily responsibilities will include handling recruitment for their open positions, scheduling interviews, updating and managing their candidate database, and assisting with some HR duties as needed.

Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
Proactive check-ins with new hires to ensure positive onboarding/training experience
Update and maintain all job descriptions
Continuously source top talent to build a strong pipeline of candidates
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
2+ years full cycle recruiting experience
Skilled in maintaining pipeline of qualified candidates for variety of positions
New hire onboarding/orientation experience highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
