Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Orlando, Florida for a Business Analyst in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for data analysis and business process functions, utilizing SQL, Excel VBA, and Microsoft Power BI as key tools. This role is hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and identify gaps in operations - familiarity with finance/accounting business functions
• Utilize SQL and Excel VBA to gather and analyze data
• Use Microsoft Power BI to create visual representations of data
• Conduct database management to ensure accurate and efficient data storage
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes
• Use data analytics skills to provide insights and make recommendations for business improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of business process changes
• Maintain and update business process documentation as necessary
• Continually monitor and assess business processes to ensure optimal efficiency.
