Robert Half Compensation and Systems Specialist in Orlando, Florida
Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation and Systems Specialist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The individual in this role will be responsible for standardizing job titles and descriptions, managing the stock option system, and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Digitally categorize documents.
Ensure proper filing, labeling, and storage of documents to maintain easy retrieval.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and ensure proper document security.
Coordinate with various departments (Compensation and Systems) to ensure that all relevant documents are current and accurate.
Assist in the archiving of documents according to company policies.
Stock Option Reconciliation:
Reconcile stock option data between internal records and external third-party systems.
Review and validate stock option grants, exercises, and vesting schedules to ensure accuracy.
Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, HRMS, and About Time software
• Ability to perform Benefit Functions and Claim Administration
• Expertise in Compensation Administration
• Familiarity with Compliance in relation to benefits and compensation
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding compensation and benefits
• Ability to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies and plans
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
