Office has a long term contract to hire opportunity with a non profit organization.
This is highly professional work in planning, organizing and administrating a social service treatment program. The Program Director may be accountable to the Executive Director for program implementation, planning, design and maintenance of the facility.
Oversees the day-to-day operation of assigned program(s) within the agency.
Ability to review all month end transmissions to ensure all pertinent information is submitted by the 5th day of each month if necessary. This includes closed files, census rosters and transmittal sheets.
Responsible for developing programmatic policies and procedures and will supervise staff compliance.
Works with the Executive Director to ensure treatment and financial compliance with contracts and budgeting objectives.
Directs weekly programmatic staffing if necessary.
Maintains positive public relations with the businesses and government to ensure a high quality of service delivery.
Maintain a high level of morale and productivity among supervisors and line staff.
Solidify program changes for the betterment of client services and successful outcomes.
Conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Schedules full and part-time employees to provide services in an economical and effective manner.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

-3+ years of related experience
-Certification or recipient of any of the following licenses: LMHC, MCAP, CAP, CMHP, or CCJAP
-Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
