Robert Half Senior Financial Analyst in Orlando, Florida

Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role will be an integral part of our finance team, providing financial support and analysis for our business operations. You will be responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Support business strategy, governance, and end users in the line of business

• Assist in enforcing policies and standards for the Enterprise and Segment

• Participate in the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of system break fixes, enhancements, projects, and other system changes

• Provide daily support to the end user community, identify continuous improvement opportunities

• Develop training, communication, process documentation, and presentation materials

• Support activities related to project-based initiatives that may include new business requirements, test integration, continuous improvements in systems solutions, tracking issues and resolutions processes, and finance transformation initiatives

• Use knowledge of the company’s products and services to meet customer needs

• Stay current on business industry trends and best practices

• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business goals

• Utilize enterprise systems (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning) and other relevant software to drive changes and improvements. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suites

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and planning

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience in project management and implementation

• Competency in SAP

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis

• Knowledge of company policies and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively

• Experience in quality design and monitoring tools

• Proficiency in workstation support and logistics tasks

• Experience in finance and integration processes

• Ability to train team members effectively

• Proficient in using various software for finance-related tasks
