Description
We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, including invoicing and resolving customer inquiries. This position also requires monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are up-to-date
• Use your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, and Microsoft Excel to optimize processes
• Take appropriate action based on account monitoring results
• Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with industry standards and regulations
• Foster positive relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the broader financial team to manage and reconcile accounts
• Use analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Familiarity with Billing procedures is a must.
• Knowledge of Cash Applications is necessary.
• Experience with Cash Collections is desirable.
• Proficiency in Commercial Collections is expected.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
