Description We are in search of a meticulous Credit Clerk to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. This role is primarily focused on managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will also oversee customer credit accounts and oversee the collection of delinquent payments. This role is an exciting opportunity for those interested in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action when necessary to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Claims Processing, and Customer Service to perform duties

• Provide administrative assistance as needed, including data entry and file management

• Use Microsoft Office Suites to prepare and distribute reports and correspondences

• Assist with aircraft salvage disposition and provide claim status updates to brokers and underwriting staff

• Set up and investigate minor routine claims

• Retrieve and enter data to create new claim files and organize claim materials. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites is required

• Demonstrated experience with Claims Processing is necessary

• Proven Customer Service skills are essential

• Experience providing Administrative Assistance is a must

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is preferred

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus.
