Responsibilities include:
Greeting incoming patients, managing the intake process, and maintaining a 10-minute wait.
Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Processing of all patient referrals for specialty services
Working daily reports, scanning, and filing correspondence, and distributing faxes to staff.
Handles inbound call volume
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a medical office role
Excellent customer service skills
Prior eClinicalWorks experience a bonus
Bilingual in Spanish a bonus
