Responsibilities:

• Handling weekly check runs and entering EFT's

• Responding to requests for payment from vendors and AR requests

• Processing credit applications and lien waivers

• Assisting with month-end closing including preparing WIP's

• Acting as a mediator between different stakeholders

• Utilizing softwares including Foundation and Microsoft Excel

• Overseeing one direct report

• Ensuring accounting practices adhere to company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Foundation software

• Ability to manage Work In Progress (WIP) accounting

• Experience in conducting Month End Close processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in other accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
